Playing Hide-and-Seek With Haku — A Story of a Twisted First Love Who Confines Me and Completely Corrupts Me Through ××× After Locking Me Away — Then No One Can Find Us.

What Listeners Say

This childhood-reunion yandere piece is built around a boy whose years-long fixation on a childhood promise curdles into confinement, and reviewers consistently praise a recurring 'scent' motif and his jealous meltdown over the heroine's past relationship as unusually specific, well-observed touches. The vocal performance is repeatedly singled out for its contrast between a sweet, clingy register and sudden low-voiced anger, and reviewers note the story's out-of-order structure as an effective way of building tension.
